Guide: Sending a Message to Workers on Multiple Jobs
Step 1: Open the Communications Module
Navigate to the Communications module.
Select New Message to start drafting a message.
Step 2: Write Your Custom Message
Type your custom message in the provided text box.
Step 3: Select Recipients
Choose All Workers to address the message broadly.
Alternatively, select specific workers by marking their names from the list.
Step 4: Send the Message
Once you've finalised your recipients, click on Send Communication.
Press Send to deliver the message.
