Guide: How to Induct a Worker Without Using a QR Code
1. Copy the QR Code Link
Go to Project Overview.
Scroll down and click on Copy QR Code Link.
2. Share the Link
You can send the copied link directly to the worker or incorporate it into a pre-start.
3. Using the Pre-Start Option
Navigate to Safety, then select Pre-starts.
Create a new pre-start.
Paste the QR code link into the pre-start and include a customized message.
4. Using the Communications Module
Go to the Communications module.
Create a new message.
Paste the QR code link and add a custom message.
These methods ensure the worker can access the induction process even without scanning the QR code.
