Step 1: Navigate to Defects
Access the Defects section in your system.
Step 2: Select the Defect
Choose the specific Defect you want to close out or resolve.
Step 3: Change the Status
Update the defect’s status based on its resolution:
Resolve: Indicates the defect has been resolved successfully.
Blocked: Means the defect cannot be resolved at the moment but is not cancelled.
Cancelled: Indicates the defect is no longer relevant and has been cancelled.
