Open the BuildPass website or app.

Log in to your account using your credentials.

Access Site Diary Section

Once you are logged in, you'll be on the dashboard or homepage.

Look for the "Site Diary" option on the left-hand side of the screen.

Click on the "Site Diary" option to access the site diary features.

Navigate to "Create Site Diary"

Within the Site Diary section, you will see different options and features.

Locate the "More" option, likely located at the top of the screen or in the navigation menu.

Click on "More" to reveal additional options.

Choose the Date for the Site Diary

After clicking on "More," you'll see a list of options, including "Create a Site Diary for any date."

Click on "Create a Site Diary for any date" to proceed.

Select the Desired Date

A pop-up or new window will appear, allowing you to choose the date for the site diary.

Use the calendar or date picker to select the desired date for which you want to create the site diary.

Create the Site Diary Entry

Once you have chosen the date, click on the "Create Site Diary" button to create the diary entry.

A new page or form will open, allowing you to input the details and content of the site diary for that specific date.

Enter Diary Details

In the diary creation form, you can enter all the relevant information related to the site activities for that day.

Include details such as work progress, tasks completed, challenges faced, materials used, and any other relevant notes.

Save the Site Diary Entry

After filling out the site diary entry, review the information to ensure it's accurate and complete.

Click on the "Save" button to save the site diary entry.

Verify the Saved Site Diary

To verify that your site diary entry was saved successfully, navigate back to the site dashboard or site diary section.
