Step 1: Navigate to the Right Project
At the beginning of the process, ensure that you are on the correct project where you want to access and download the site diary as a PDF.
Step 2: Access Site Diary
Once you are on the correct project, proceed to find and access the Site Diary section.
Step 3: Open Previous Site Diary
Inside the Site Diary section, locate and click on a previous site diary entry. It appears that the person in the transcript mistakenly clicked multiple times, but you only need to click once to open the diary.
Step 4: Navigate to the Same Page as New Site Diary
Clicking on the previous site diary will take you to a page that resembles the page you see when you complete a new site diary. This is the page from which you can access the download feature.
Step 5: Click on "More"
Look for the "More" option, typically located at the top right corner of the page. Click on it to open a dropdown menu.
Step 6: Select "Download as PDF"
From the "More" dropdown menu, choose the "Download as PDF" option. Clicking this will initiate the process of generating your site diary as a PDF file.
Step 7: Download the PDF
Once the PDF is ready, it will automatically open in your web browser. From there, you can save it to your preferred location on your computer or device.
Step 8: Reach Out for Help
If you have any further questions or encounter any issues during the process, don't hesitate to seek assistance. Look for a green chat box, probably located on the website or application, and click on it to reach out for help.
