How to Archive SWMS
Navigate to SWMS:
Go to Project Management > Safety > SWMS.
Select the SWMS you want to archive.
Clear Filters:
If filters are applied, click Clear All Filters.
Click Apply and Close.
Archive:
Click More.
Select Archive and confirm the action.
How to Unarchive SWMS
Navigate to SWMS:
Go to Project Management > Safety > SWMS.
Set Filters:
Open the filter menu and choose either:
Archive Only: Displays only archived SWMS.
All SWMS: Displays both archived and unarchived SWMS.
Click Apply.
Unarchive:
Select the SWMS you want to restore.
Click More, then choose Restore.
