Checklist Filters
Show Archived Checklists: Toggle this option to view archived checklists. This is useful when looking for a specific archived checklist among others that are incomplete.
Filter by Location: Narrow the checklists based on specific locations within your project.
Checklist Categories: Filter your checklists by categories, such as OHS, ITPs, or Internals. For example, selecting ITPs will only display ITP checklists.
Filters within a Checklist
Once you open a checklist, you can refine further using:
Admin Users: View checklists completed by a specific admin.
Workers: Filter checklists completed by a particular worker.
Location: Focus on checklists within a selected location.
Public Responses: Toggle this option to view only checklists with public responses.
Project-Specific: Limit the view to checklists that pertain to your current project.
Date Range: Use the date filter to see checklists completed within a specific time frame.
To apply any filter, select your criteria, then click Apply and Close. The module will update to show only the checklists that match your selected options.
