How do I create a project?

Create a project using this step-by-step guide for setting up and managing new projects.

  1. Go to Dashboard: Navigate to your BuildPass dashboard.

  2. Click 'New': Locate the "New" button in the top-right corner and click it.

  3. Select 'New Project': From the dropdown that appears, select "New Project."

  4. Fill in Details: A form will show up, asking for the following:

    • Address: Where your project is located.

    • Project Name: What you're calling this job.

    • Project Admin: The person who'll receive a weekly summary email.

    • Start and End Dates: Just to give the Subbies an idea of the total project duration.

  5. Project Status: So that your project correctly apppears as 'In Progress' as opposed to 'Upcoming'

  6. Additional Contacts: Add the contact details of your site manager, HSR or any other project contacts.

  7. Project Tickets: Specify any required tickets for this project.

  8. Submit: Once you've filled everything out, hit the "Submit" button.
